Trails CDD Facility Registration Form/Key Card Required Documentation
To gain access to the facility you will need an access card. Each new Resident receives the first two access cards complimentary. If you require a replacement card, the cost is $25.00 payable with a Check or Money Order. You will need to bring the following documentation with you to receive your access cards
- A valid ID
- Proof of Residency/Ownership
- Rental Agreement (if renting)
- Trails CDD Registration Form
Winchester Ridge Facilities/Amenity Center Rental Rates
- Rental hours are from 09:00 AM to 09:00 PM in five-hour block increments.
- 1-25 Guests 5hr. Rental $50.00
- 26-50 Guests 5hr Rental $100.00
- Refundable security/damage deposit $150.00
- Payment: Check or Money Order payable to Trails CDD (Must be two separate checks or Money orders.)
- One Check or Money Order for $150.00 (Refundable Deposit)
- One Check or Money Order for $50.00 or $100.00 (Rental Fee)
